We have over 100 families in Trumbull, Connecticut who want to support our local community through hands on, monthly projects and collections. Many of our projects allow for children to participate and there is no requirement for service hours or pressure to attend every project.
We are dedicated to helping out any way we can.
Jenn and Dan are both teachers at Darien High School (English and physics, respectively) who are raising their children to give back to their local community. Throughout their four years as undergrads at Fairfield University, they did extensive volunteer work with various local and international organizations. Jenn has also volunteered in the community through her membership in the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County since 2004, and has chaired many committees, including board positions. The Records enjoy traveling the country as a family in the hopes of seeing all 30 Major League baseball parks and exploring every state. They spend free time cheering for the Boston Red Sox and New York Giants. You can follow their travels on their travel blog, Coast2CoastwithKids.com
Veronica holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership, Masters in Special Education, and currently works for the Bridgeport Board of Education. Veronica and her husband Chris are avid Yankee and Giants fans, and enjoy taking in several games throughout both seasons. Their children, Molly and CJ, enjoy volunteering at many IMPACTrumbull events each year, while actively participating in a variety of sports as well. The family involvement component is what brought Veronica to IMPACTrumbull, and positive influence the organization has had in so many lives is what keeps her going.
Kim Fabrizio came to Connecticut from Massachusetts to attend Quinnipiac College, where she graduated with a B.S in Mass Communications and later met her husband of 22 years, Dean. They have been settled in Trumbull since 1999 and are currently raising their two daughters. Kim works at Molecular NeuroImaging in New Haven as a Vice President. In her free time, Kim can be found leading an active Girl Scout Troop or watching her girls in the horse arena or lacrosse fields.
